Integrative Counselling is the integration of psychotherapeutic approaches or techniques to work with the individual needs of the client. Such integration may involve Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis (TA), Solution Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic, and Person Centred Therapy.

Art Therapy and Hypnotherapy can be used as an adjunct to the counselling process.
